1. How does Doggo.ie work?
Simply upload your dog’s photo, choose your preferred style and frame size, and our design team will digitally enhance your image to create a stunning portrait.
We then print it on premium high glossy paper using professional studio equipment and frame it by hand in Dublin before shipping it safely to your door.
2. What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, bright photos work best — ideally taken in good natural light, with your dog’s face visible and in focus.
Don’t worry if the background is messy; our designers clean everything up during the enhancement process.
3. Can you work from older photos or screenshots?
Yes — we can work with most images, including older photos or screenshots.
If the quality is too low, we’ll reach out before starting to make sure you’re happy.
4. How long does delivery take?
All portraits are created, printed, framed and shipped from Dublin.
Once you place your order:
- Design time: 1–3 business days
- Printing & framing: 1 day
- Shipping: 1–2 days nationwide with An Post Express
Most customers receive their artwork within 5–7 business days from time of ordering.
5. Do I get to preview the artwork before it’s printed?
Yes — you’ll receive a digital proof by email.
We only start printing once you confirm you’re 100% happy with the final design.
6. Can I request changes to the proof?
Absolutely.. and if you are not happy with the previews we have provided we will work with you until you are.
Edits such as colours, background, lighting or expression tweaks can be made at no extra cost.
We want your dog’s portrait to be perfect.
7. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
In the unlikely even that your package arrives damaged in any way, don’t worry — we’ll sort it immediately.
Just email us at info@doggo.ie with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage to the frame or print
- A photo of the packaging (so we can report it to the courier)
Once we receive the photos, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement straight away, free of charge.
There’s no need to return the damaged item.
Your dog’s artwork should arrive perfect every time — and if it doesn’t, we’ll fix it without any hassle.
8. What is your refund policy?
Because each portrait is custom-made, we can’t offer refunds once design work has begun.
However — if your artwork is damaged in transit or arrives faulty in any way, we will replace it immediately at no cost.
