Each portrait is packaged with care and shipped to your door via An Post Express (tracking number provided).

We take every precaution to protect your order with rigid packaging, corner protection, and secure protective wrapping so it arrives safely.

In the very unlikely event that your portrait is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Once verified, we’ll happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
