At doggo.ie, we want your custom dog prints to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below:

 

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has cleared.

In the rare event of unexpected delays (e.g., high order volumes, seasonal demand, or supply issues), we will notify you by email.

 

Delivery within Ireland

We currently ship to Republic of Ireland and UK addresses only.

Orders are shipped via An Post (Ireland) with tracking included on every parcel.

Standard Shipping: €5.95 per order.

Free Shipping: on orders over €50 - may vary depending on current promotions.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery with An Post typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or factors outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take care to package each framed print securely.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

As each print is a custom piece made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Local Delivery / Support

In rare cases where there is a delivery issue, we may arrange a direct hand delivery within Ireland to resolve the matter quickly.
