Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@doggo.ie.
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or a refund once the incorrect item is returned.
Return Process
All returns must be arranged with Doggo.ie before sending any items back.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions
Due to the nature of the product (customised art prints), we do not accept returns for items that have been customized or personalized unless they are damaged or faulty.
Shipping
Currently, Doggo.ie ships within Ireland and UK only. International shipping will be available in the future.
